2020 한국 미슐랭 빕구르망에 소개된 미미면가이다. 사랑의 국수는 류니끄와 미미면가의 콜라보 소바다. 갈은무와 김, 고추냉이, 산채나물, 연어알, 성게알, 토마토가 들어간다. 한식 같은 소바다. 산채나물의 쌉싸름함이 식감이 잘어울린다. 토마토는 항상 맛있다. 국물은 아주 살짝 달다 조금 더 찐했으면 좋겠다.

 

별 2개로추천한다. 맛있다고 할 수 있다. 특이하며 조화롭다. 수익금 일부는 기부된다 한다니 먹어보자. 십분 정도 대기했다. 항상 줄이 있으니 감안하고 가자. 재방문 의사 있다.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It was Introduced in Michelin guide Korea 2020 Bibgourmand. love noodle is a collaboration soba noodle with mimi & Ryunique. It added a bit of taste of korean to the soba due to the sanchae namul(vegetable). and served with sea urchin eggs, salmon roe, radish(oroshi) on top. Soba is the Japanese name for buckwheat. Soba is also often served as a noodle soup in a bowl of hot or cold tsuyu.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

 

 I recommend with 2 stars. Loved it. There are waitings, worth it. Willing to revisit. Also the love soba noodle profits will be donated. Thats why its called a love noodle. ⠀⠀⠀
